No returns for change of mind on any item, personalized or stocked. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items reported within 14 days of delivery are replaced at no cost. Send photos and your Etsy order number through Etsy messages or the contact page. Printed Layer usually responds within 1 business day. Every order is also covered by Etsy Purchase Protection.

Yes. PLA charms and accessories are made for everyday bag use at school, practice, and tournaments. Avoid prolonged high heat exposure, such as inside a hot car, to preserve shape.

We can usually get close to your team colors from our filament range, but an exact match is not guaranteed. Send your team hex code or a clear jersey photo and we will confirm the closest available filament before your order goes to print.
