How do Bogg Bag charms attach?
Bogg Bag charms use a screw-on backer system. The post goes through a bag hole and the backer secures it from inside the tote.
What material are your products made from?
Most products are 3D printed in PLA filament. If a listing uses a different material or finish, it is noted in that listing description.
What printers do you use?
Printed Layer currently prints on Bambu Lab X1C, P1S, and H2C machines.
What filament do you primarily use?
Printed Layer primarily uses Bambu Lab PLA for most orders. Sunlu Black PETG is used for specific utility items like the Milwaukee charger wall mount.
Will these charms fit non-Bogg totes?
They are designed for standard Bogg Bag hole sizing and many similar perforated totes. If your bag uses a different hole size, message before ordering and fit can be confirmed.
How long does production and shipping take?
Most orders are made to order and ship in 2-5 business days. Carrier transit time is additional and depends on destination.
Can I order for a team or group?
Yes. Team and group requests are welcome. Share roster size, personalization details, and your needed-by date so lead time can be confirmed.

Are Printed Layer products durable for daily use?

Can you match exact team colors?
Usually yes. Send your team hex code or a clear jersey photo and we will match as closely as possible with available filament colors.
What jersey numbers are supported for personalized number charms?
Personalized jersey number charms currently support single-digit numbers 0 through 9. For special sizing or design requests, use the contact page before ordering.
Are your materials kid-safe?
Most items are printed in PLA, a commonly used plant-based plastic. Small parts can be a choking hazard, so products are not intended for children under 3.
Can team quantity requests be rushed for tournaments or end-of-season gifts?
