  • โ— Listing terms at Etsy checkout are the final word on return eligibility

How to report an issue

  1. 1 Gather your info. Have your Etsy order number and a photo of the issue ready.
  2. 2 Send a message. Use Etsy Messages (fastest for order-specific help) or the contact form. Include your order number and photos.
  3. 3 We'll respond within 1 business day. You'll get a replacement plan or next steps. Most issues are resolved same-day.

Printed Layer Promise

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, we will make it right quickly. Send photos and your Etsy order number, and we'll have a replacement plan for you -- usually within a day.
