I contacted her to ask if she had any issues with a batch, which she had not, and it turns out it could have been something up with the glue I had been using for a while. Specifically stated I was not requesting a refund or anything, just looking for some guidance. Not only did she help me with my problem, she replaced the ones I had issues with!
