How our custom 3D printing works
- 1 You share your idea. Use our contact form or custom orders page. Tell us what you want, quantity, colors, and your timeline.
- 2 We review and respond. Usually within 1 business day. We'll confirm what's possible, provide pricing, and estimate lead time. No obligation -- just honest answers.
- 3 You approve, we print. Once you're happy with the details, we'll set up a secure Etsy listing for checkout with buyer protection. Your piece is printed fresh -- nothing sits on a shelf.
- 4 Ships from Virginia to you. Most custom orders ship in 2–5 business days after approval. USPS tracking included. Packed with care by Brenna herself.

📐 Size & fit
Our standard charms are roughly 1.5–2.5 inches. The screw-on backer system fits standard Bogg Bag holes (~0.5 inch) and most perforated totes. Need a custom size or fit? Mention it in your request.
