How We 3D Print Your Order (From Design to Your Door)

Every item is made to order in our Charlottesville home studio. This page shows the exact process so you know what happens after you place an order.

The short version

1. Design prep: we confirm the selected style, quantity, and color notes.
2. Printing: each item is printed layer by layer in PLA filament.
3. Quality check: each piece is checked before packing.
4. Shipping: your order is packed and sent with tracking through Etsy.

Step-by-step process

Step 1: Review order details

Before printing starts, we review your quantity, personalization notes, and any color requests so the print run matches exactly what you ordered. Team rosters get checked player by player.

Step 2: Print in PLA

Each charm or fidget is printed layer by layer on our Bambu Lab printers. PLA filament builds up one thin layer at a time -- this is what gives each piece crisp details and consistent shape. A single charm takes about 45 minutes to print.

Step 3: Check each piece

Every piece gets a quick quality check before it goes in the package. If something doesn't look right -- a rough edge, a fuzzy number, a loose backer -- it gets reprinted. Nothing leaves the studio that Brenna wouldn't put on her own bag.

Step 4: Pack and ship

Orders are packed flat in a padded mailer and shipped from Charlottesville, Virginia. Etsy sends tracking as soon as the label prints. From click to delivery, you'll know where your order is.

The printers behind your order

We print on Bambu Lab X1C, P1S, and H2C machines -- some of the most reliable desktop 3D printers available. Most products use Bambu Lab PLA filament in a wide range of colors. For utility items like the Milwaukee charger wall mount, we use Sunlu Black PETG for extra strength.

What material do you use?

Most products are printed in PLA. It is a rigid plastic used for custom printed accessories and gift items.

How long does production take?

Most orders ship within the listing processing window. Team quantities can take longer, so message first for deadline-sensitive requests.

Is this a toy for small children?

These are accessories and gift items, not teething toys. Keep small parts away from children under 3 and use normal adult supervision.
